I whipped this costume out in a hurry one time for Halloween and liked it so much I keep using it. I call it "Tina Tabby" because of the cool "Tina Turner" like hair wig I use for it, with the hair brushed up and ears pinned on. The face paint (Liquitex acrylic) is what takes so long.
