| I do stained glass, too, and have long wanted to try my hand at doing a mosaic. So, from some leftover tile from the tile install I did in the kitchen, and some stained glass "leftovers," I used thinset to backbutter tiles on the picnic table, put a inset panel of hardibacker board to raise the middle section, where I backbuttered pieces of stained glass, coins, and glass nuggets to make an abstract peacock and gameboard. I thought of calling it "Abstract on Concrete." |
